coffee absencecomplicated lights
The rooftop suite was quite expensive and i was a bit disappointed. there was no coffee left one day and towels weren't always replaced. also, plates and cutlery were not replaced after the daily cleaning. It was an oversight i noticed more than once! the lights were overly complicated. It was hard to figure them out.

the beach club music was overpowering. it created a relentless, loud atmosphere. it was a stark contrast to the otherwise peaceful setting.

The staff was attentive. I received jamu upon arrival (a welcome local drink). Complimentary ice lollies were available by the pool, a cheerful treat. Snacks were provided in the room daily, a great convenience.

Stylish Stay with Great Amenities

The expansive gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The library featured many books and comfortable seating. Shops across the street offered various items. The beach club provided a lively atmosphere, and I appreciated the music. The welcome gift included mixers, limes, local spirits, and snacks. The room was well-designed and intriguing. The pools were lovely, and breakfast service was available poolside. Bartenders at the Beach Club Bar were friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with a trainee. The staff exhibited warmth and friendliness. Food tasted good. The hotel's commitment to sustainability impressed me. My room had a functional setup. The hotel definitely delivered in terms of hospitality, vibe, and experience.
There could be better shade near the swimming pools, I feel.

The gym contained multiple treadmills and stationary bikes for fitness activities. A library provided a quiet space with comfortable seating. Shops across the street allowed quick access to essentials. The pools had a limited number of shaded areas.

The room design combines art and function (i really appreciate that). I stayed in a desa studio, and it was very clean. The in-room cocktail experience with a bartender was a definite highlight.
The gym didn't have enough free weights for a proper workout.
